Duties:

• Prompt management of repair and construction, repair and decoration, construction and assembly works at the facility;
• Solving technical issues with customers at the facility;
• Assembly work schedules, reporting and planning;
• Timely procurement of material;
• Working with full-time and hired crews;
• Search and selection of performers;
• li>Preparation of technical tasks for executors;
• Control of quality and deadlines of work;
• Acceptance of work using the right tools.

Requirements:

• High communication skills, communication skills on the phone and in messengers;
• Proficiency in spoken and written Ukrainian;
• Ability to read drawings;

• Ability to manage your time and set priorities;
• Resistance to stress and customer orientation;
• Experience in leading teams of 5 people or more;
• Availability of own car.
