Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Continuously identify, plan, and execute sales activities toachieve sales forecasts, net margin targets, revenue goals, and market expansion; Cultivate and maintain strong relations with clients and partners todrive sales and identify growth opportunities; Develop business, grow the current client portfolio within the retail industry, and drive sales according tostrategy and annual forecast; Develops strategic and operational goals for the distribution sales team; Implements asystem ofmotivation and performance indicators for subordinate personnel; Develops and implements procedures for regulations and business processes; Participates inthe development, implementation, and evaluation ofthe effectiveness oftrade marketing activities; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics, providing insights for product development and sales strategies; Prepare reports onsales forecasting and sales progress. Our ideal candidate: Has atleast 3years ofexperience inasimilar position inaninternational company orinalocal company operating inforeign markets; Has aproven experience insales tothe markets ofEurope, the USA; Has aproven experience inB2B sales; Able tomanage asubstantial volume ofinformation while multitasking; Has experience inproject and team management; Very strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; Able toestablish and build business relations; Professional English, another language proficiency isaplus.
