We are currently actively developing a new product: a training platform for personal productivity and development that includes premium content and communication with experts.

Together with Olga Shapovalova, CEO of the new product, we are looking for a Head of Engineering to join the team and build the product technologically with the development team.

What will need to be done?

• The full cycle of introducing new features: design, implementation, support and testing.
• Lead and grow the engineering team.

• Develop web components based on Next.js
• Develop real-time functions in a real product, such as chat.
• Build a roadmap and influence product development with your decisions.

What do you need to join us?

• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with Node.js, Nest.js.
• 2.5+ years of experience with React.js and TypeScript.
• Advanced experience with Next.js
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with container technologies (eg Docker)
• Experience using REST APIs.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with relational databases (eg MySQL, PostgreSQL)
