The company is part of TOP-3 independent importers of Korean cosmetics, we have been working with national clients EVA, MAKE UP, BEAUTY PROF, DINI and others since 2017.
The company's portfolio includes approximately 100 brands and 2,500 SKUs.
The company operates several cosmetics wholesale sites, and has about 20 people in the team.
The company is also in the process of restarting retail sales on the website and marketplaces.
We are actively looking for a E-Commerce Marketing Manager for part-time or full-time employment.
OBJECTIVES
- Ensure TOP 1-3 in GOOGLE for both top and special queries in Russian and Ukrainian languages for all existing company sites.
- Increase X2 organic targeted traffic through SEO and brand queries.
- Increase targeted X2 traffic from paid advertising sources in Google, FB, Instagram, E-mail.
- Increase X2 involvement, opening of letters, transitions and, as a result, conversions to orders for E-mail marketing.
- Ensuring the generation of additional sales on the sites due to E-Spuntik modules, banners, additional functionality of baskets, categories, etc.
- Provision of retail sales promotion through own site, as well as marketplaces ROZETKA, PROM, KASTA (already connected).
- Formulate SMM-positioning on Instagram, FB, Telegram in order to form a message to existing and target customers of our value as a supplier of wholesale cosmetics, as well as what, how, in what form, with what regularity we want to convey to them.
- Formulate hypotheses regarding promotion through Viber, TG, SMS mailings, with the aim of ensuring repeated sales of a warm audience, as well as resuscitation of sales with a dormant client base.
- To formulate growth points and opportunities for increasing the channels of attracting CAs in the existing segment with the aim of occupying a dominant position in paid and free channels; to estimate the necessary resource and terms of achieving goals in hypotheses.
- Integrate the processes of marketing and the existing team into the overall management system of the company.
FUNCTIONAL
1. To provide the Wholesale and Retail areas with lead generation with the help of the promotion of the company and the attraction of potential customers in the following channels:
- SEO
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads
- E-mail Marketing
- marketing on the site with the use of blocks, banners, etc.
- Improving the customer experience through UX/UI optimization of own sites in partnership with leading Ukrainian agencies in this field
- SMM
ul>2. Ensure the Wholesale and Retail areas with a system of maintaining the existing KB, as well as regular returns customers of the dormant KB.
3.Ensure Retail direction by promoting on marketplaces and generating leads from such sales sources.
Today there is a team with an SMM specialist and a specialist in Google Ads, Meta Ads, as well as simple E-mail and SMS mailings. Systematic work is underway with an SEO company for the promotion of several sites.
It is necessary to find a part-time marketer for the E-mail team with regular tasks.
Need to manage the entire set of marketing tasks and a team of employees on a regular basis.
