We are developing rapidly and are looking for a responsible e-commerce manager. It is important for us to find not just an employee, but our person - an energetic and intelligent team player.

We expect you to successfully perform the following tasks:

• Execute sales plans: average check, number of orders, % conversions, compliance with budgeting;
• Create new stable sources for the company's profit;
• Analyze existing and look for new sales markets;

• You will look for new marginal goods, digital products and successfully launch them (Product Launch);
• Build a strategic planning system;
• Take an active part in the adaptation and training of employees.

You are definitely our candidate if you are:

• A confident user of Excel (know how to work with VPR, IF, etc.);< /li>
• Advanced user of 1C or analogues (BAS, SAP, Bimp, etc.), able to create directories, reports or processing "Under yourself". You can set technical tasks for an IT programmer;
• You know how to solve conflict situations, you think critically;
• You know the basic principles of AVI methods and integrations;
• You know how to format data "for yourself": CSV, XML, JSON - convert, for example, to XLS;
• You have the skills to work with CRM systems: Baselinker, Shopify, Binotel, etc.;
• You know how to create and use Cashflow at work , P&L, budgeting;
• You know how to work with marketing tools: CTR, ROAS, CPM, CPO, LTV, NPS, etc.;
• You are confident in using Google Ads, Meta Business.
