BASEPACK is the production of polymer packaging in Ukraine for more than 10 years. We work with most of the leading companies of Ukraine and have our own full cycle production. The company is growing steadily, production and turnover are increasing, therefore we are opening the position of Marketer, e-commerce project manager

Duties:
• Organization and full management of the online store
• Creation and launch of new sites
• Formation and implementation of e-commerce development strategy
• Analysis of sales indicators
• Increase in volumes sales and profitability
• Scaling of the online direction
• Introduction of new product positions (demand analysis, testing)
• Control of CRM and analytics
• Implementation of process automation
• Building and management of the e-commerce team • Interaction with the sales department, warehouse and logistics

Requirements: 
• Experience as a manager of 2-3 years
• Experience in team management
• Experience in launching or scaling an online store
• Ability to work with analytics (CRM)
• Orientation on results and profit
• Systematic, responsible, strategic thinking
