• Management of an online store: Planning, organization, motivation and control of work.
• Development of lead generation channels: Implementation and optimization of channels such as SEO, contextual advertising, SMM, partner networks, marketplaces.
• Optimization of online channels: Finding ways to improve speed, filters, interface and other aspects of site operation.
• Team coordination: setting tasks for developers, designers and copywriters.
• Development and launch of advertising activities: Planning, development and control of promotions, discounts, contests, as well as analysis of results.
• Improving the effectiveness of advertising campaigns: Evaluation of the quality of advertising campaigns and the final ROI of projects.
• Support and improvement of business processes: Continuous analysis and improvement of efficiency.
• Generation of ideas: Work on increasing conversion.
• Ensuring the quality of customer service: Control and improvement of service standards.
• Analyses and testing: conducting ABC analyzes and AB tests.
• Reporting: Compilation of weekly sales plan-facts and advertising campaigns.
• Monitoring and implementation of new tools: Analysis of similar channels and implementation of the best solutions.
