Functionality and responsibilities:

• Development of a strategy with a clear plan for the development of the e-commerce direction
• Organization of the effective work of the department, competent distribution of tasks, control of execution< /li>
• Control of key metrics and improvement of their value: Retention rate, ROMI, LTV, CAC, Conversion rate, etc.
• Ensuring growth of client results (traffic, conversions), attraction of new clients
• Analysis of indicators of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, drawing conclusions, planning further actions based on the results obtained (together with the advertising agency at Google, META)
• Managing the direction of e-mail marketing and analyzing the effectiveness of mailings

• Ensuring the implementation of sales plans, weekly preparation of "plan-fact" reporting
• Briefing contractors in the direction of SEO optimization and SEO promotion
• Coordination, control and analysis of work results remote teams of subcontractors. Monthly meetings for reporting and planning work for the next month
• Close cooperation with the internal team of 1C managers
• Working with existing projects and developing new ones
• Creating sales funnels, permanent their updating
• Communication with chain stores regarding online store operations
• Planning budgets for promotion and monthly reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in the fashion industry
• Experience in the position of Head of E-commerce, Senior Digital Manager (with management experience) from 4 years
• Strategic planning skills for the development of E-commerce
• Budget planning and reporting
• Crisis management
• Knowledge of tools and services: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Search Console, Google Shopping, Google Merchantcenter, Tag Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Facebook Analytics, Netpeak, SerpStat, PageSpeed ​​Insights
• Understanding of the principles of SEO, UI/UX, Usability
• Ability to prepare high-quality and understandable TOR (development, refinement, proposals, activities based on analysis of competitor behavior, etc.) to subcontractors/partners
• Knowledge of the technical part (HTML, CMS, CSS, PHP) for mutual understanding with developers
