Main duties:
- Development and implementation of the company's e-commerce development strategy.
- Managing the daily operations of the online store.
- Market and competitor analysis, trend monitoring.
- Management of marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Increasing conversion and optimizing user experience on the site.
- Interaction with the sales and IT department.
- Monitoring and analysis of key performance indicators (KPI).
- Coordination of the work of the e-commerce team, training and development of personnel.
- Ensuring sales through our own website, social networks and marketplaces (PROM.UA, ROZETKA).
- Using the CRM system to manage relationships with customers.
- Introduction of the latest technologies and innovations in e-commerce processes. Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Work experience in a similar position of 5 years or more.
- Deep understanding of the principles of e-commerce, digital marketing and analytics.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify and others).
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on it.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language.
- Knowledge of English will be an advantage.
- Experience with CRM systems (for example, Key CRM).
