Head of the E-commerce department in Lead Team IT

Our client, a chain of stores , which offers a range of products for the whole family, has production in several countries and own brands, invites to its teamHead of E-commerce

Requirements:

• You have experience in launching and managing successful online projects in retail.
• You have the skills to describe, create, implement and develop e-commerce projects.
• Have interesting cases in your portfolio.
• < font style="vertical-align: inherit">You know how to analyze the market and competitors.
• Ready to develop and learn new things.
• Worked with 1C, Excel, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, PowerBI (preferred).

Main duties:

• Management of business processes: modernization of own site, scaling of existing and search for new marketplaces, customer service, online marketing, direct marketing - marketing , sms, viber), coordination of call center work
• Coordination of external partners (development, design, promotion).
• Creation and management of employee motivation, reporting and KPI.
• Optimization and automation of trusted processes.
• Budgeting and cost optimization according to articles of the department.
