We are looking for a production manager with successful practical experience, systematic understanding of all stages door production.

Responsibilities:

• full production process and management of interior, entrance, and aluminum doors structures;
• organization of the work of divisions and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders;
• constant control of product quality, terms and volumes of production;
• implementation of measures to increase labor productivity and optimization of processes;
• coordination of the work of craftsmen and crews, prompt resolution of production issues;
• participation in modernization of production, selection of equipment and improvement of technologies

Requirements:

• mandatory experience in the production of doors - wooden and aluminum structures;
• technical literacy, understanding of processes, sequence and nuances of work on each in the area of production, including the painting stage;
• strategic vision and production planning skills;
• leadership qualities: the ability to motivate a team, demandingness in combination with respect for people;
• orientation on results, activity, initiative, independent search for tasks, without waiting for instructions;
• ·an inquisitive mind, the ability to see a problem and find ways to solve it
