Prostor stores, in connection with expansion, announces a competition for the post of head of artificial intelligence department (Head of AI).

? Task of post: <.

• Analysis of data and detection of trends using statistical methods;
• Development and automation of the process of collection, processing and analysis of data;
• Development, testing, implementation and support Model training for business process optimization;
• Preparation and visualization of analytical reports to make strategic decisions;
• Choosing tools and strategies to work with data and AI models;
• Interaction with product teams and teams of developers to integrate AI-Wicks;
• Learning and guidance of a team of AI specialists, tasks and control of their implementation.

<. Strong> Important:

• Higher Education in Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics or Date Analysis, Data Engineering or Artificial Intelligence;
• : 3+ years in the field of machine training, data analysis or AI in the position: Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, AI Team Lead, Head of AI or similar;

Key skills:

1. Machine training and data analysis-a deep understanding of ML algorithms, statistical methods and working with major data;
2. Programming-confident possession of Python (Numpy, Pandas, Scikit-Larn, Tensorflow/Pytorch );
3. databases and SQL - Experience with Relating (Postgresql, MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle) and Nosql bases;
4. cloud platforms - experience with AWS, GCP or Azure;
5. team management-hiring, development, motivation and organization of work of AI professionals; Mlops and process automation-the experience of implementing CI/CD for models (Mlflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes); >
6. Time rows algorithms - experience in predicting demand, sales, trend analysts;
7. Understanding neural networks - knowledge large arrays of data;
