- Building a logical, flexible and digitized training system adapted to the needs of the sales department.
- Management of a team of trainers.
- Development and administration of the LMS platform: from designing the structure and filling content to reporting.
- Creating a quality onboarding system, which includes a full cycle of adaptation: courses, practice and knowledge testing.
- Development of training programs and SCORM courses, tests and modules based on specific business requests.
- Implementation of a comprehensive assessment system: from professional knowledge and soft skills to the determination of internal potential.
- Support for the development of the personnel reserve based on the results of training, assessment and regular feedback.
- Providing analytics on the effectiveness of training and forming recommendations for management staff.
- Trend tracking and integration of modern formats: e-learning, micro-learning, video courses.
- Interaction with the HR team and managers to synchronize the learning strategy with business goals.
Our expectations from the candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in building systems of remote or corporate training
- Practical experience in implementing LMS systems (Collaborator, Moodle, TalentLMS, iSpring, Teachbase, etc.)
- Experience in developing online courses and SCORM content (Articulate Rise/Storyline, iSpring Suite, Canva, AI-platforms)
- Preferably - experience in sales or creating training for sales managers
- Experience in designing onboarding, forming educational trajectories
- Experience in building a personnel evaluation system (based on training/certification results)
Will be a significant advantage:
- Higher educationin the field of pedagogy, psychology, HR, business education will be a plus
- Working in a sales company or creating training for sales managers
- Team management experience (L&D, training department, analysts, methodologists, coordinators)
- Understanding the full cycle of Talent Development: from adaptation to personnel reserve
- Implemented cases of gamification of training, micro-learning, of video courses
