We engage in a full cycle of field exploration and development, production and exploration drilling, storage of oil and gas, processing and distribution of oil products, natural gas and liquefied gas to consumers.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the development, implementation and legal support of the Naftogaz Group's regulatory compliance system;Providing legal support for Naftogaz Group's participation in exchange trading (sales) and/or over-the-counter sales of goods (consulting, work with contracts);Analysing current legislation and law enforcement practices in the context of legislation on protection of economic competition, antitrust and REMIT;Oversee the units responsible for the implementation of the regulatory compliance function in the legal entities of Naftogaz Group;Organisation of trainings for Naftogaz Group employees, including those who are responsible for regulatory compliance at Naftogaz Group businesses.QualificationsAt least 5 years of experience in large vertically integrated holdings with a centralised compliance function;Experience with REMIT requirements.Knowledge of the best Ukrainian and international practices, principles of compliance in the energy sector;Experience of interaction with regulators (NEURC, AMCU).Experience in developing and implementing regulatory documents in the field of compliance.Experience in analysing and applying legislation on protection of economic competition.Experience in legal support of stock exchange trading.Higher education in law or economics (Master's or Specialist's degree);English language proficiency - Advanced; Show more Show less Посадовий рівень Старший середній рівень Тип зайнятості Повний робочий день Галузі Нафта і газ
