100,000 UAH. - UAH 160,000. /month

American startup, looking for an energetic and focused Head of Digital Marketing for a remote team consisting of more than 100 talented Ukrainians. Bekofis is located in the USA, the company specializes in providing services for construction companies, covering all aspects except construction itself.
The head of the department will report to 30 specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Digital marketing management
• Formation of the company's marketing strategy and its implementation
  Decomposition and tactical coordination of the marketing strategy for B2B and B2C
• Sufficient level of expertise in the formation of lead generation channels and sales funnel management
• Understanding of the main marketing metrics
• Formation of the company's product promotion strategy
• Implementation of Customer journey map
• Construction of marketing analytics
• Formation of expenditure budget, budget protection
• Implementation of team coordination
• Responsibility for the CRI position and team

Requirements:

• Higher professional education, fluency in English
• Preferred have work experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
• Effective use of digital marketing tools.
• Experience in implementing a client-oriented strategy of the company, the ability to conduct market research and competitor studies,
• Understanding the concept of building affiliate marketing.
• Lovemark building skills and customer oriented service
• High level of analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work in a team and build partnerships.
• High motivation to achieve results and a responsible attitude to work.

Conditions:

• Full employment, remote work.
• Fixed salary from 2500 to 3000 USD, depending on experience and results + KPI.
