Our digital marketing head office is located in Ukraine.We are opening position - Head of Digital Marketing and Development.Requirements:+ 5 years experience on the positions Head of marketing/Digital Marketing Manager/Marketing Director/CMO.Experience in digital marketing.Experience in recruiting, developing, and managing teams: РРС and SEO, Design, Development and QA, Content.Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams.Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights.Proven track record of effective budget planning and management.Practical experience in promoting services in foreign English-speaking markets.Understanding of methods of reporting, analysis, conversions, traffic channels, the ability to consolidate data from different sources.Experience of work with a English-speaking customer service representative.Will be a plus:Level of English — Upper intermediate.Experience as Sales manager or Project manager.Experience working in digital agencies.Deep understanding of IT development.We offer:Flexible work schedule from 9-11 to 18-20.Stable and decent earnings.Cool and creative team of real professionals.Paid vacation is 21 days a year.Paid sick leave — 5 days per year.Education compensations.Workflow is always open to interesting people with a decent background, who are not afraid to challenge themselves, are ready to self-develop and learn.If you are ready to challenge yourself, we are waiting for you!
