We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager !

Your responsibilities:

• Managing a well-coordinated digital marketing team;
• Creating strategies for various online channels, tracking market trends and introducing innovations;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media and e-mail marketing;
• Budget management and cooperation with external partners;
• Analyzing user behavior and adapting campaigns to changing conditions;
• You will be the brains of the operation, ensuring the company's success in the online world!

Our expectations:

• You have experience in planning and implementing marketing campaigns and managing budgets;
• You can use AI-based tools that will increase the efficiency of your work;
• You are familiar with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, SEM and other analytical and campaign management tools;
• You have experience in creating chat-bots and marketing funnels;
• You are fluent in data visualization tools (Looker Studio or Microsoft Power BI);
• You have experience in project management and are well organized;
• You can analyze data from marketing campaigns and draw conclusions from them;
• You know how to manage a team, motivate employees and evaluate their results;
• You have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, in Polish and Ukrainian (Russian) at B2/C1 level.
• You are creative and proactive in approaching new challenges;
• You follow the latest trends in digital marketing and are able to practically apply them.
• Knowledge of English - welcome.
