Head of Digital Marketing in HAMMER

The company "Hammer Market" is a national trade and service company that represents more than 40 global brands of smart and effective industrial and household chemicals, materials for the woodworking industry, construction and weapon care.

In connection with the development of the company, we invite a Head of digital marketing to join our team.

Main task

Transformation and strategic management of the digital direction of the company.

Functional duties:

• Formation and implementation of a digital strategy for the promotion of brands and products in accordance with business goals

• Definition of the roles and priorities of digital channels: SEO, SMM (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram), paid media, performance marketing, content

performance)

• Launch and optimization of performance campaigns (targeting, Google Ads and other paid tools)

• Management of digital budget and channel efficiency (ROI, CPA, conversions)

• Working with analytics, preparation of reports and strategic recommendations

• Initiation of digital projects for growth recognition of brands, sales and market share

We are looking for a candidate who:

• has at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing (as a specialist or department manager);

• is ambitious, independent and systematic, with a high level of responsibility;

• has a practical understanding of SEO, performance marketing, SMM and content;

• has strong analytical skills and experience working with data;

• can manage a team and contractors, clearly set goals and achieve results.
