Head of Digital Marketing in Hay Credito

We are looking for a Head of Digital-marketing department who can effectively lead the team and ensure the achievement of the company's ambitious business goals.

Requirements:

• Management experience in the field of digital marketing from 2 years.
• Practical experience of managing teams of 4 people.
• Mandatory experience in the field of MFI in Spain.
• Ability to work with large amounts of data and make decisions based on analytics.
• Knowledge of modern digital tools and trends.
• Knowledge of Spanish will be a big plus.

Working conditions:

• Mon-Fri schedule from 9:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of a marketing strategy in the digital direction.
• Management of a team of 4 specialists: task setting, performance control and personnel development.
• Planning and optimization of marketing budgets.
• Analysis of campaign effectiveness, work with analytics and preparation of reports.
• Scaling channels of attracting clients in the field of MFIs.
