What we expect from you:

• Work experience 2+ years with e-commerce projects as Head of Digital or on the agency side (PM/AM);
• Deep understanding and skills of building, implementing e-commerce sales strategy and attracting traffic through various channels (PPC, SEO, Affiliate, ASO, ASA, Retention and others);
• Sure knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Appsflyer or Adjust, GTM, PowerBI/Looker, MS Office, etc.;
• Understanding of CAC, LTV, CR, ROMI, СPA, СPI, ROAS, DRV, etc. metrics;
• Availability of management experience (task setting, feedback ?communication, coordination, motivation, team development);
• High level of communication skills;
• Ability to prioritize and structure your work;
• Attention to details and numbers , proactivity, understanding of trends;
• Willingness to work in the office.
