The Role Performance Marketing function, spanning across paid and organic channels, plays animportant role inour company’s success, helping acquire new clients and providing revenue growth. Currently, weare looking for a Head ofDigital tolead aPerformance Marketing team, and implement and own the performance marketing strategy tosupport our business growth internationally. This role reports directly toourVP ofMarketing, and isideally suited for anambitious leader who excels atdriving innovative strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and translating them into actionable results. WHAT YOU WILLDO Identify and implement aperformance marketing strategy Lead and develop aperformance marketing team, overseeing OKRs and driving them toachieve ambitious goals Utilize scenario/outcome-based performance forecasting for all main OKRs and key contributing KPIs Evaluate and manage both internal (budgets, staff) and external (agencies, technology/tools) resources efficiently Work with external agencies and in-house design and content teams toimprove creative and messaging across media channels, website, form, and pipeline experiences Collaborate with Inside Sales teams tocreate campaigns that maximize volume, efficiency, prospect, and customer intelligence from awareness through consideration tosales conversion Collaborate with BI/analytics, data, and measurement teams todrive improvements toPerformance Marketing analytics Evaluate, manage and implement new marketing technology systems toenhance sales volume and efficiency Contribute tocountry-specific market research efforts focused onimproving messaging and channel strategy toconvert prospects Collaborate with other Sales &Marketing colleagues toupdate and maintain intelligence around ICPs/ and personas Monitor competitor activity specific togrowth and prospecting strategies WHAT WELOOK FOR 7+years ofproven experience inPerformance Marketing area globally (B2B isaplus)4+years ofexperience inteam management and development Experience successfully developing, executing, and managing aperformance marketing strategy and associated budgets Mandatory proficiency inperformancemarketing channels such aspaid search, SEO, paid social, programmatic, and rating platforms Strong data-driven approach and analytical thinking (expert level inExcel; Tableau, HubSpot— nice tohave) Expertise inevaluating, hiring, and managing external agencies Confidence inidentifying and recommending messaging, design, andUX improvements Self-starter with the ability tomake decisions autonomously Fluency inEnglish (C1) WHAT WEOFFER Our people mean agreat deal tous, sowewill provide you with the benefits, resources and support you need tosucceed.
