Head of Digital in Luxoft

Project Description:We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director to join our marketing team. At this role you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.Responsibilities:• Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.• Overseeing the Luxoft website performance and traffic sources, working on ongoing raise of organic and paid traffic.• Ensure a high quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with a rigorous approach to managing work schedules and reporting.• Develop effective ROI and KPI measurement system for all digital activities.• Act as digital authority in consultancy work, participating regularly in client meetings and pitches.• Steer best practice in the area of digital user experience and content through competitor analysis and analytic data.Mandatory Skills Description:Skills and requirements:• 5 years of experience on a senior digital position: preferably as head of digital or a relevant management position for a digital agency• Experience in B2B digital marketing• Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, UX best practices• Confident and clear communicator, able to demonstrable experience of engaging in conversations and building relationships with clients at the highest level• Experience building, managing and coordinating a team of senior digital marketing and/or web development professionals• English C1 AdvancedNice-to-Have Skills:IT/software industry experienсe
