Head of Digital віддалено Project Description: We are looking for anexperienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Director tojoin our marketing team. Atthis role you will beresponsible for settingup, implementing and managing the overall company’s digital marketing strategy. Responsibilities: • Planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy. • Overseeing the Luxoft website performance and traffic sources, working onongoing raise oforganic and paid traffic. • Ensure ahigh quality and consistent service delivery across the whole digital marketing team, with arigorous approach tomanaging work schedules and reporting. • Develop effective ROI and KPI measurement system for all digital activities. • Act asdigital authority inconsultancy work, participating regularly inclient meetings and pitches. • Steer best practice inthe area ofdigital user experience and content through competitor analysis and analytic data. Mandatory Skills Description: Skills and requirements: • 5years ofexperience onasenior digital position: preferably ashead ofdigital orarelevant management position for adigital agency • Experience inB2B digital marketing • Good knowledge and experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, analytics, UXbest practices • Confident and clear communicator, able todemonstrable experience ofengaging inconversations and building relationships with clients atthe highest level • Experience building, managing and coordinating ateam ofsenior digital marketing and/or web development professionals • English C1Advanced Nice-to-Have Skills: IT/software industry experienсe Languages: English: C1Advanced
