What you will need to do:
• Develop and implement the company's digital strategy.
• Scale online customer acquisition channels: SEO, PPC, marketing automation.
• Build a complete digital funnel for B2B sales.
• Update and develop the corporate website, online product catalog and digital services for clients.
• Work with CRM and integrate it with marketing tools.
• Manage a team of digital specialists and contractors.
• Plan and control the digital budget.
• Ensure the growth of leads and improvement of conversions at all stages funnels.

Requirements:
• Experience in the position of Head of Digital / Digital Director / Digital Lead from 3 years.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and complex sales cycles.
• Strong expertise in SEO, contextual advertising, web analytics, CRM and marketing automation.
• Experience in website development and implementation of digital services.
• Practical experience in team management and building processes.
• Analytical thinking, result orientationand understanding of financial indicators.

It will be a plus:
Experience in the industrial or construction sphere.
Experience of ERP/CRM integrations.
