Hello! We – INTERTOP Ukraine. In the conditions of war, we continue to work and pay taxes to support the economy of Ukraine and help those in need. 

On the fashion platform intertop.ua already has 140,000 products in the categories of clothing, footwear, accessories and cosmetics. We have been the leaders of Ukrainian fashion retail for 30 years and have more than 160 stores throughout the country. It is INTERTOP Ukraine that represents the most famous retail chains: INTERTOP, Ecco, Geox, Timberland, Skechers, Napapijri, Marc O'Polo, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Emporio Armani7, The North Face, Vans and Kiko Milano.

How are you, our new colleague?< /p>

• you have experience in the position of Head of Digital or PM / Account Manager in an agency from 2 years (preferably a large business)

• have experience working with mobile app e-commerce projects

• you have in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Firebase, Appsflyer or Adjust, BI, Looker Studio, Excel         

• you understand the marketing channels of attracting traffic and its features PPC, ASO, ASA, CPA        

• you have an understanding of metrics on the Internet -marketing, including CTR, CPO, CPA, CPC, CPI, ROAS, etc.         

• you have knowledge of layout basics and UI/UX /p>

• you are also energetic, managed a team of 3 employees, have analytical skills, offer interesting ideas and successfully implement them

• you have knowledge of the principles and methods of CRM systems

  
  

• ready for office work.

What will you work on?

• you will manage a team, interact with partners in order to increase the effectiveness of online channels
• you will analyze the results of digital campaigns, reporting, form promotion strategies, further goals and objectives
• form business tasks with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of marketing channels for attracting traffic and retention channels
• engage insearch and implementation of business growth vectors in online channels, search for non-standard solutions to achieve sales growth
• interact with other departments and sectors to conduct cross-functional projects and fulfill business KPIs.
