We invite to our team a manager for the development of IT services Main tasks: Development, planning and implementation of a strategy for the development of the service support of clients' IT infrastructure. Analysis of the customer market and identification of promising directions for development. Establishing new contacts and concluding service agreements .Development of service packages for technical support and IT-infrastructure service models for customers.Organization of the work of the service team and the involvement of specialized engineers.Setting up communication channels and technical support tools for customers.Analysis of financial indicators of projects providing service support.Participation in the implementation of sales and marketing strategies, evaluation of their effectiveness. We expect from the candidate: 3-5 years of work experience in an IT infrastructure service organization. Knowledge of IT business markets and needs, distribution and system integration. Ability to build strategic relationships with partners and B2B clients. Intermediate English skills. Soft skills: Self-sufficiency, self-organization, responsibility and focus as a result, the desire for development for yourself and the team is the foundation.
