Main tasks: Development, planning and implementation of a strategy for the development of the service support of clients' IT infrastructure. Analysis of the customer market and identification of promising directions for development. Establishing new contacts and conclusion of service agreements. Development of technical support service packages and customer IT infrastructure service models. Organization of the work of the service team and involvement of specialized engineers. Setting up communication channels and technical support tools for customers. Analysis of financial indicators of projects providing service support. Participation in the implementation of sales strategies and marketing, evaluating their effectiveness. We expect from the candidate: 3-5 years of work experience in the IT infrastructure service organization. Knowledge of the markets and business needs of IT, distribution and system integration. The ability to build strategic relationships with partners and B2B clients. Knowledge of English languages ​​— intermediate. We offer: Work schedule — 09:00—18:00, Friday until 17:00; Saturday-Sunday is a weekend. Official employment and guarantees in accordance with the Labor Code.
