Head of commercial process development in Dopomoga Ukraine

Our client, one of the world's largest manufacturers of food and beverages, is holding a competition for the position of "Head of Commercial Process Development, Kyiv". JOB DUTIES: Development and implementation of business plans for category growth; Determination of the optimal range of products, pricing, promotion of portfolio and format strategies in accordance with the unique needs of channels and customers; Studying market trends, changes in consumer behavior and forecasting the dynamics of category development based on the received data; Active participation in the process of developing new products; Assessing competitive intensity for appropriate comparison and taking measures; Team management managers and specialists in order to create a highly efficient unit. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CANDIDATE: Higher education; Experience of working in management positions in departments of category management / marketing / marketing research from 8 years; Experience of working with marketing data, profit and loss reports, business forecasts, etc.; Proficiency in English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above; Knowledge of MS Excel at a high level; Communicability, strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative and diligence; Driver's license (category B).
