Key tasks:
- System management of software development for BpAK and of robotic systems
—Managing the design and systematization of documentation for software
—Implementation of integration of software into the composition of products, based on the system of the EMS or another system with its concise combination with the EMS (for example, the EMS)
—Installation of the software on the balance sheet and assessment of its value. Preparation of documentation to estimate the cost of a single license
—Implementation of code design standards
—Formation and management of software development teams, including hiring, training, motivation, and performance evaluation
—Provide technical guidance taking into account best practices in areas of software development and implementation of the latest technologies
—Planning and monitoring the execution of tasks according to agreed deadlines
—Ensuring effective communication with other company departments, customers and stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding and achieving common goals
—Implementation processes and quality assurance standards to ensure a high quality product of application and embedded software, with a special emphasis on project management, teams and strategic planning
- Understanding of the fundamentals of robotic system software architecture
- Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfall, etc. and the experience of their successful application in practice
- Ability to organize the work of a team and their requirements.
