Friends, we are currently looking for Project manager of development and support of card products and processes

Future functionality:

• Implementation of projects such as National Cashback, delivery of cards abroad and others.  
• Determining the scope of the project;
• Development of the project plan: long-term and short-term planning;
• Organization of the project team, project start, project team management;
• li>Interaction with external providers;
• Setting tasks and setting priorities;
• Creation of project documentation;
• Control of deadlines in the project;
• CONTROL quality of services and works provided by external companies;
• Reporting on project status to management;
• Budget planning;
• Analysis of current processes in the bank for card products and their optimization , modernization;
• Work with large databases for analysis and formation of management reporting;
• Preparation of data and providing answers to received requests from regulatory authorities (NBU, FGVFO, NABU, etc.);
• Processing requests in the Service Desk system by card.

Our candidate has:< /p>

• Higher education;
• Experience of working in a bank or other financial institutions (at least 3 years);
• Experience of teamwork in the development of new projects ;
• Knowledge of cards processes;
• Knowledge of the current legislation of Ukraine and the Regulations of the NBU in the field of banking, including of card products;
• Analytical skills;
• Analysis and processing of requests from the bank's network and divisions within the framework of the card business (Service Desk, 2nd line of support);
• Confident user of PC, MS Office, Excel, Jira.
