Head of development and implementation of SME products and processes, product owner in Sense Bank

We are looking for a person who will: form business requirements for the development/refinement of SME products/processes (projects); interact with related departments within the framework of SME project implementation; participate in testing, conducting pilots and scaling products/processes; initiate changes aimed at improvement of business processes and products of SMEs. You are suitable if you have: a complete higher education; work experience in the creation and launch of products and processes/project management (preferred); knowledge of banking products and services for legal entities, FOPs (required) ; the ability to formulate and defend one's ideas concisely and meaningfully; the ability to work within tight deadlines, with several tasks at the same time (multitasking), initiative, accuracy.
