Head of development and construction of telecommunication networks in IPNET™

 What are the tasks:

• Management and organization of the construction of telecommunication networks (selection, planning, obtaining technical conditions and their coordination, design and research works, construction and acceptance/commissioning;
• Negotiations with contracting organizations;
• Management of contractor teams;
• Keeping records of receipt/discharge of materials;< /li>
• Preparation of executive documentation (projects, schemes, protocols of measurements of VOLZ);
• Search for construction objects, conclusion of contracts for the placement of equipment;
• Calculation of investments for the construction of individual objects or complexes;
• Cooperation with PJSC Ukrtelecom;
• Obtaining permits for work;
• Preparation of design, estimate and executive documentation.

What is required for this:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 5 years;
• Construction of PON, Ethernet networks , FTTB;
• Working with Ukrtelecom documentation;
• Proficiency in AutoCad, MS Visio, Adobe Flash, Adobe Acrobat, MS Office;
• High organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to plan and distribute work between teams and its members;
• Having a team of contractors will be an ADVANTAGE.
