Responsibilities:
- Management of teams and their development : Determine team composition, position requirements and hiring developers as a result, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Technology and Approach Management : Provide strategic direction and control in the development and implementation of technology initiatives that align with business goals.
- Development Process Optimization: Implement best practices to optimize development workflows, improve efficiency and ensure product quality.
- Solution reliability and performance : Develop scalable, resilient and secure technical architectures that support current and future needs, ensuring application reliability and scalability.
- Working with Diya Engine Platform Vendors : Manage relationships with technology vendors while constantly evaluating new tools and updates to enhance capabilities.
