What you need to know/have:
- level of spoken English B2;
- experience of working in a managerial position in the field of design from < strong>3 years;
- experience as a Senior UI\UX Designer;
- confident user of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant tools;
- knowledge of principles and best practices UX/UI;
—ability to effectively formulate design concepts;
—strong communication skills;
—ability to build and maintain relationships with clients;
—ability to make decisions, solve problems, and achieve results in a collaborative environment;
- strong research skills and attention to detail, proactive in understanding the product;
- professional communication with stakeholders;
- ability to work autonomously and manage personal tasks and time.

— manage a team of designers, ensuring their professional growth and development;
— control the development process of client projects, ensuring high quality results;
— cooperate with cross-functional teams;
—determine the creative direction of projects, aligning design concepts with client goals;
—implement and maintain design quality standards by conducting regular reviews to ensure consistency and excellence in work results;
—interact directly with clients to understand their design requirements and provide strategic recommendations;
—stay abreast of industry trends and design best practices.

P.S. with a remote type of cooperation, the vacancy involves traveling to Ivano-Frankivsk to the team.
