SF "Strength for the Strong" is a charitable foundation that supports families of prisoners of war, missing persons, fallen Heroes and defenders who have returned from captivity.

Currently, we especially need people who are ready lead one of the directions: design, fundraising or legal support.

We need a person who can take responsibility for the direction, help it grow into a full-fledged department and become a focal point for the team supports.

What will be in your role:

• coordinate the work of the department and form a clear work order;
• set tasks, determine priorities and monitor movement to the result;
• support the team and maintain working communication;
• interact with other directions of the fund;
• help build processes that will work not once, but systematically;
• gradually develop your direction together with the fund team.

We are looking for a person who:

• has experience in managing a team, department, direction or project;
• knows how to structure chaos and turn it into a work process;
• does not get lost in multitasking and can hold responsibility;
• knows how to communicate calmly, clearly and with respect to people;
• ready to get involved not formally, but truly;
• shares the values of the foundation and wants to apply his experience in an important matter.

What is important to us:

Management experience is a must.

Experience in design, fundraising or the legal field will be an advantage, but not the main requirement.

We are ready to consider people who were not "head of the department" formally, but already had real experience in coordinating people, processes and responsibility for the result.

Participation format:

• volunteer role;
• minimum involvement - 10 hours per week;
• work format - online;
• regular involvement is important, not occasional help.
