Requirements

Necessary experience and knowledge:

• From 2 years of management experience, work organization, motivation and team development
• Experience working with sales or attracting customers in the B2B segment - preferably
• Experience in the financial field will be an advantage
• Deep understanding of business processes
• Fluency in the state business language

Vacancy involves: < /p>

• Managing the daily work of the branch, ensuring the fulfillment of service standards and meeting goals
• Leadership and motivation of the branch team, providing mentoring support, ensuring the development and use of Agile principles
• Maintaining relations with existing clients and attracting new retail business clients (individuals and business banking clients), ensuring the sale of banking products and providing services to clients
• Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through quality consultations, prompt resolution of issues or complex situations, continuous improvement of processes
• Keeping records of financial transactions, monitoring cash register operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory documents
• Cooperation with senior management, analysis of department activities and reporting on results
