Black SMM Agency needs an experienced Recruitment Manager.

For 5 years we are engaged in comprehensive digital marketing and business development in various social networks. Our portfolio includes more than 200 successful cases in various niches: medical clinics, food manufacturers and e-commerce.

Recruitment Team Lead at Black SMM will have a major impact on the agency's performance and scalability. In addition to forming departments with good specialists, he will cooperate with various divisions of the company to improve the effectiveness of the search for candidates.

Your future tasks:

• Conducting labor market analysis;
• Finding new sources and methods of hiring employees, applying them in practice;

• Effective management of recruiting costs;
• Selection of personnel (TOP positions);
• Organization of the process of adaptation of new employees;
• Posting of vacancies and conducting personal online interview;
• Support and coordination of selection stages;
• Formation of reports;
• Maintenance of weekly and monthly reports
• Execution of the plan by quantity closed vacancies;
• Conducting joint meetings with the team;
• Communicating with department heads regarding open vacancies
• Quality control of department specialists;
• Implementation of system improvements and optimization of recruiting processes.

We expect from you:

• Higher education;
• Experience as a manager and team management;
• Experience in closing top vacancies (required) and complex positions (preferred);
• Experience of remote work;
• Knowledge of candidate evaluation methods and strong communication/writing skills (ability to persuade opponents, ability to argue and lead);
• The ability to work in a multitasking mode;
• Active life position and initiative;
• High orientation towards the  result, responsibility;
