The purpose of the Head of Department of Digital Transformation will be to develop and implement a digital transformation strategy within URCS while overseeing and ensuring the deployment of a ERP.


 In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to bring great help and benefits to the Ukrainian people.

Essential Tasks:

  • Prepare strategic Digital Transformation plan aligned with URCS Strategy 
  • Change management with reference to digital transformation
  • Coordinate deployment of an ERP within URCS 
  • Monitor and periodically report on progress of digital transformation
  • Annual planning for digital transformation and innovation
  • Understand the needs and digital context at the department level.
  • Document and analyze workflows and business processes of each department
  • Analyze current efficiencies at process level and then set target via digital transformation
  • Identify change drivers, manage resistance to change and mitigate adverse risks
  • Prepare a detailed deployment plan for the ERP with the provider
  • Act as the liaison between IT and other departments & the ERP deployment
  • Develop KPIs to monitor transformation effectiveness as whole

Requirements

Education:

  • Masters degree in Business, IT or Project Manager

Experience:

  • Over 5 years experience in a similar role in which ERP deployment took place
  • Over 3 years experience in understanding work flows, processes, and designing of deployment ERP plans
  • Broad experience in IT with working knowledge of accounting 
  • Strong interest in tech
  • Operational understanding of digital transformations within organisations
  • Proven experience from project management 
  • High degree of competencies in strategic thinking and design, knowledge sharing, advising and facilitating, management of self; coaching; mentoring and facilitation. Training and facilitating experience will be an asset. 
  • Proficiency required in Ukrainian & English.
  • Advanced understanding of the use of innovative tools and digital approaches

Метою керівника департаменту цифрової трансформації буде розробка та впровадження стратегії цифрової траnsformation within TCHHU, as well as monitoring and ensuring the deployment of the ERP system.

Responsibilities

strong>:

  • Preparation of a strategic plan of digital transformation, coordinated with the Strategy of the TCHHU
  • Management of changes taking into account digital transformation
  • Coordinate the deployment of ERP within the TCHU
  • Monitoring and periodic reporting on the progress of digital transformation
  • Annual planning for digital transformation and innovation
  • Understanding the needs and digital context at the department level.
  • Document and analyze the workflows and business processes of each department
  • Analyze the current performance at the process level and then set the goal with digital transformation
  • Identify the drivers change, managing resistance to change and mitigating adverse risks
  • Prepare a detailed ERP deployment plan with the provider
  • Act as a liaison between IT and other departments and ERP deployment
  • Develop KPIs to monitor the effectiveness of the transformation as a whole

Requirements:

Education:

  • Master's Degree in Business, IT or Project Manager

Work Experience:

  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar role with ERP deployment
  • < li>3+ years of experience in understanding workflows, processes and developing ERP deployment plans
  • Extensive IT experience with accounting knowledge
  • Strong interest in technology
  • Operative understanding of digital transformations in organizations
  • Proven project management experience
  • High level of competencies in strategic thinking and design, knowledge sharing, consulting and facilitation, self-management, coaching, mentoring and facilitation. Experience in conducting trainings and facilitation will be an advantage. 
  • Proficiency in Ukrainian and English is required.
  • In-depth understanding of the use of innovative tools and digital approaches
