Head of Department (FinTech) in Nova poshta

What you need to do: Development of the fin-tech products of the company; Development of the product concept, protection and verification; Project work on the implementation of the product; Participation in the development of processes; Coordination of business and organizational and legal work of the product in the company; Conducting customer testing; Evaluation of product satisfaction (CSI) by construction of a Customer Journey Map (Service Design methodology); Participation in the preparation and implementation of internal materials (instructions, rules, etc.); Participation in the preparation of training materials (including participation in the formation of commercial offers); negotiations with customers on connecting products; Participation in the formation of product promotion and product sales strategy. We expect from you: Experience in the market of fin-tech services, knowledge of the main market players, experience in import/export of goods will be a significant advantage; Experience in product manager/product owner/brand manager positions from 2 years. Confident project work skills (launch of new products); IT skills (description of business requirements for changes, SCRUM work, knowledge of JIRA, testing of information systems and client processes); Marketing (business orientation, mastery of communication tools with clients: Service design, NPS, CSI, focus groups, conducting business interviews, webinars); Experience in the field of services (financial and technical companies/banks, telecommunications, online retail, IT); English language - at a level that will allow negotiations with business clients and partners.
