Requirements

Necessary experience and knowledge:

• From 3 years of work experience in the banking sector in the direction of product sales and customer service for individuals and legal entities
• From 1 year of managerial experience
• Experience in team motivation and development < /li>
• Knowledge of banking products, procedures and service standards
• Fluency in the state business language
• Higher education

• Excellent leadership qualities
• Communication and negotiation skills
• High responsibility and goal orientation
• Analytical and organizational skills

The position involves:

• Managing the daily work of the department, ensuring that service standards are met and goals are met
• Leadership and motivation of the branch team, providing mentoring support, ensuring the development and use of Agile principles
• Maintaining relations with existing clients and attracting new retail business clients (private individuals and business banking clients ), ensuring the sale of banking products and providing services to clients
• Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through quality consultations, prompt resolution of issues or difficult situations, continuous improvement of processes
• Accounting for financial transactions, control over cash register operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory documents
• Collaboration with senior management, analysis of department activities and reporting of results
