The Department of Economic Development, Housing and Communal Services, Capital Construction and Infrastructure of the Kaliniv Settlement Council announces a competition for the vacant position of a divisional officer.

Responsibilities:

• Organization and control of the work of the housing and communal services, capital construction and infrastructure department;
• Planning and implementation of improvement, construction and development projects infrastructure;
• Coordination of the work of subordinates and interaction with other structures of the council;
• Preparation of reports and documents according to the field of activity;
• Executing the instructions of the management of the village council.

Requirements

• Higher education in the relevant field (master’s or specialist’s degree);
• Fluency in state language;
• Working experience in local self-government bodies, civil service positions or management experience in enterprises/institutions for at least 2 years;
• Leadership and organizational skills, the ability to effectively manage a team.
