How exactly can you influence the development of the company:

• building and implementing the Delivery product development strategy
• managing the Delivery team of 50+ people
• forming a strategy for attracting and retaining product users (B2B, B2C)
• construction and optimization of operational processes
• financial management and product budgeting
• formation and control of the implementation of business goals (KPi, OKR)
• control and analysis of product and business metric
• build effective cooperation with stakeholders
• interaction with other departments within the framework of business tasks

Challenges for the six months:
• achieve specific growth targets such as increasing the number of orders/shipments. Capture market share in key regions
• develop a comprehensive development strategy for B2B delivery direction
• conduct an analysis of the current organizational structure of the delivery direction, evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and work tools

To achieve results, you will need:

• from 2 years of experience in managing a successful product/project in the position of CEO, General Manager/Director, CSO, BDM, etc.
• experience in managing a team of 50+ people
• team people management: experience in forming and organizing the work of divisions, managing efficiency to achieve strategic goalsproduct (OKR), etc.
• experience in building and implementing a product development strategy
• experience in effective management and control of budgeting processes, responsibility for P&L indicators
• experience in calculating the economic unit
• experience in ensuring effective operational management
• analytical mindset for decision-making based on data (data-driven/informed approaches)
• successful cases of user engagement through marketing processes and sales management
• experience in ensuring a high level of B2B satisfaction clients
• high level of communication skills and successful negotiation

It will be an advantage:

• work experience in the tech domain
• higher economic/technical education, MBA

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you can plan your work schedule independently, however, to be effective,
we have a mandatory joint working time - business hours, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• 20 days off for personal needs and 10 days off due to illness (with retention of remuneration)
• day off in your birthday as a company gift
