You Will Be Focus On Such Main AreasLeading Business Analytics Team (3 people):Supervise employees and data management activities performed by them including conducting performance reviews, including resolving performance issues. Support them with daily tasksManage the scheduling of work ordersDeliver expected KPIsCoordination and leading the cooperation withing the total Analytics Tribe (Operations, Finance & divisions’ teams) to ensure the business needs in the reporting are coveredDesigning and implementation of scalable and efficient data architectures. Oversee the development and maintenance of data modelsImplementation of data governance frameworks and policies according to the business needs Supervision of the product (reports, dashboards, etc.), that analytics team is delivering, and ensure its overall quality Usage of knowledge of analytics trends, developments, and practices to improve service to internal clients. Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics and data processes in the companyLeading strategic data transformation projects:Propose and deliver report automatization initiativesPropose technical and sustainable solutions and support the generation of insightsPropose simplification of current processes Create partnership with business stakeholdersYOUR FUTURE TEAMYour future Analytical team is an integral part of the business, which functions at the corporate level.
