Head of Data Office in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

We are looking for a person who can build a centralized management system data that provides reliable information for management decisions and increases business efficiency

Your main responsibilities:

• Create a data work office, define roles and areas of responsibility.
• Implement data management policies: quality, availability, security, classification.
• Form the architecture of data accounting and rules of interaction between systems.
• Provide mechanisms for data quality control and error correction.
• Develop the bank's analytical capabilities: reporting for management, analytical models, automated reports.
• Cooperate with business units to prioritize analytical requests.
• Form and train a team of analysts and data specialists.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in managing a division or a team of analysts - at least 3 years.
• Experience in implementing data quality management rules and building data warehouses.
• Understanding data processing technologies (work with databases, data collection and aggregation).
• Practical skills in using reporting and analytics tools.
• Knowledge of languages for working with data (such as SQL).

• Orientation on the practical value of data for business. 

• System thinking regarding information architecture. 

• Ability to work as a business partner for the bank's areas. 

• Leadership skills and managerial responsibility. 

• Initiative in implementing automation and innovation.
