Orisil-Pharm is a Ukrainian pharmaceutical company with a 20-year history, specializing in innovative medicines and dietary supplements.
We are starting a D2C direction from scratch and are looking for a leader who can create a full-fledged direct sales channel, turning it into a scalable and predictable business.
This is a role for those who like freedom of action, speed, bold ideas and real impact on business.
Your main task
Build the D2C channel as a full-fledged business direction:
strategy > team > operations > marketing > analytics > scaling.
What you will do:
1. Strategy and launch
You will create a D2C strategy, a roadmap and a financial model.
You will form a process architecture and an operational model.
You will set KPIs for channels, teams and contractors.
You are the architect and owner of the entire direction.
2. Marketing and performance
You will build effective funnels (welcome flow, abandoned cart, repeat purchase).
You will launch and optimize traffic: Meta, Google, YouTube, remarketing, influence.
You will test offers, creatives, UGC and hypotheses.
You will develop SEO, content, CRO.
This is your playground for experimentation and scaling.
3. Operational activity
You will set up logistics, fulfillment, customer technical support.
You will ensure high-quality moderation of the site and platforms.
You will manage contractors: advertising, design, CRM, content, fulfillment.
Clear rules, fast actions, measurable result.
4. Analytics and performance management
You will build system reporting: GA4, e-commerce dashboards, Power BI.
You will monitor CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV and other key metrics.
You will work with unit economics, hypotheses, process optimization.
You make decisions based on on the numbers.
Who we are looking for:
A person who has already started D2C from scratch is a must.
Expert in digital: performance, SEO, UX, CRM, analytics.
Someone who knows how to build teams, manage contractors and processes.
A cool mind, high productivity, proactivity and discipline are a must.
Experience with GA4, GTM, CRM and other e-commerce tools.
