We are currently looking for an energetic, confident, responsible person for the role of Head of the customer (doctor) training center.

Who will provide setup and management of customer training process using training programs and medical experience of clinical specialists

We are looking for:

Medical Equipment Guru - with a higher medical, pharmaceutical or other education who understands how our equipment works. >Master of training - who will be able to make training interesting and accessible for our doctor-clients.

Master in negotiation - communication skills will help to establish communication between us and our customers. You are the "voice" of Harwind for doctors.

A service enthusiast - who is always ready to provide customers with the best service

Master of Process Management - who manages, coordinates and develops educational processes like a real master.

Virtuoso listener - who knows how to listen, hear and feel the needs of our clients and respond to them accordingly.
