Key tasks: support and support of systems/services of applied software (Client-Bank and Front-office); elimination of incidents in systems/services; interaction with the first line of support (CC, validation department, department); conducting error analysis and reporting bugs to developers; optimizing system performance; preparing reports on applications, compliance with their SLA and the selection of TOP topics; editing, updating and entering data in loan applications through Corezoid pipelines; forming a sample from databases. Experience and qualifications: complete higher education, technical; knowledge of SQL: writing PL / SQL queries, working with API requests (Postman); understanding of front-back-db connections; working with bug-tracking systems: OTRS, Redmine, JIRA; understanding of logging systems Graylog, Kibana, ability to read and analyze logs; working with monitoring systems (Zabbix ); administration of ORACLE databases; ability to build cause-and-effect relationships; analytical and systems thinking, working with a large amount of data; knowledge of Corezoid and experience in the banking/financial field (will be an advantage).
