Head of Customer Support Warsaw (Poland), remotely We are looking for a Head Of Customer Support with more than 5 years of work experience and fluent in English, who will implement, develop and maintain high quality standards of user support for our product. Zeely is a mobile application that helps small businesses promote their products and services with the help of AI-generated online advertising creatives. We are partners of Google for Startups and Meta, TechCrunch and Forbes wrote about us, and most importantly, we have more than 50,000 users in the USA and continue to grow actively. What you need to join us: — experience as a customer support department manager from 5 years — the ability to analyze customer support quality indicators (CSI) — confident command of written and spoken English on an equal Upper—Intermediate level — high organizational and dynamic skills — responsibility for results and the ability to make optimal decisions — experience with Zendesk/Intercom or other automated support solutions. It will be an advantage: — experience working with SaaS platforms. You will have the following tasks and challenges: — management of a team of 5+ support managers — organization of work with feedback and inquiries with the help of e-mail (ticket system in Intercom) and social networks — distribution and management of workload, adaptation of managers — writing standards of department work, scripts and creating schedules, KPI — adaptation of department work change in the company on the way to its development — interaction with product, marketing and development teams.
