And here and your future tasks:
Support team management
Connection and customer support
Connection and interaction with service providers (acquires, providers) p>
Control of the flow of payments and reconciliation of balances
Performance of tasks within the bill_lin team
Organization of the turnkey QZ process.
Important for this position:
In-depth knowledge of connectivity and customer support, including hardware and software setup and configuration
Experience with platforms for e-commerce.
Knowledge of procedures and technologies used in payment processing
Understanding the principles of operation of payment systems and gateways
Ability to conduct technical evaluation and quality control of clients, which connected, and their websites
Knowledge of tools and methodologies for monitoring and ensuring the security of websites
Ability to audit and evaluate the performance of websites.
