And here and your future tasks:

Management of the support team

Connecting and supporting customers

Connecting and interacting with service providers (acquires, providers)

Control of the flow of payments and reconciliation of balances

Execution of tasks within the bill_lin team

Organization of the turnkey KZ process.

This position requires:

In-depth knowledge of connectivity and customer support, including hardware and software setup and configuration < /p>

Experience with e-commerce platforms
Knowledge of procedures and technologies used in payment processing

Understanding of payment systems and gateways
Ability to perform technical evaluation and quality control of connecting clients and their websites

Knowledge of tools and methodologies for website monitoring and security

Ability to audit and evaluate website performance.

Working hours

from 09:00-18 :00

Office or hybrid work format: Monday-Wednesday-Friday;
